Do you have large potted plants/trees like I do? You know, the ones that come sold in a black plastic pot. Well no need to re-pot them soil and all, just get a great basket like this one from Crate & Barrel to sit it in. Love it! - Brass planter
If you've been a regular of DOD, you'll know I love anything with a lattice pattern or weave and this planter is no exception! With Spring and potting season on the horizon, this a classic and high-end way to dress up an inside potted plant that might adorn your console table, coffee table or dresser top.

The fret work of this mahogany with bun foot planter is to-die-for! Chic inside or out, no need to worry about seasonal weather. On your porch or in your living room, any fauna you place will look all the more regal - what's terracotta? (wink)

Market Profile - Monticello
Monticello, the estate of third President Thomas Jefferson(1801-1809) also the principal author of The Declaration of Independence (1776) is now a non-profit museum. The organization, with no Federal funding purchased the estate to maintain his home and land in it's original glory. Located in Charlottesville Virginia, about half a million people visit Monticello each year. The products they sell are either reproductions, or in the same style of Jefferson's own possessions. Old world meets modern day in these historical throw-backs.

Love it! - Orchids
I once worked at an office where there was a pot of orchids at the reception desk. Every morning I would come off the elevator and be greeted by the beautiful plant. Months went by and it never seemed to wilt. I remember thinking, gosh those are some high-quality orchids - that is until the day the receptionist told me they were fake! Well no doubt they were by Diane James. And if you are not familiar with her collection of faux plants and bouquets, you should definitely visit her website DianeJamesHome.com

Love it! - Pagoda planter
I have been eyeing this stunning wall planter for many months and as much as I love it, unfortunately it's not within my budget. I was originally thinking of placing it on my garden wall, but then I thought it would be really chic inside my home, possibly in my bathroom. Just fill it with succulents which thrive well indoors and with little sun light and water. Horchow, please put it on sale soon!!!

Love it - Elephant plant stand
Made of Alabaster or what seems like resin, I thought this elephant was too stylish to pass up. According to Indian beliefs, when an elephant's trunk is curled upward, it means good luck - and who doesn't need more of that! It's great looking in person and a really cute decorative addition to my home!
